Does your child need extra support?

It’s important to us at Kudize Club that we have the correct support in place for all children, to help them relax, be themselves and become fully immersed in play.

And we need your help to do this

So, if your child has extra support at home or at school, we will find it invaluable if you give us as much information as possible about how we can support your child before they attend our club. This could include a Health Care Plan, an Individual Plan or EHCP, or strategies used at home and school.

For your information, Kudize Club’s Equalities Policy outlines the steps we take to help children who may need support during their time with us.
