Terms and Conditions

Both children booked must be primary school aged

The ‘friend’ must register on the Kudize booking system to book

Both parties must agree the referral for GDPR compliance

The ‘friend’ does not need to attend any of the four schools in which Kudize currently operates

The ‘friend’ must not have been registered on the Kudize booking system before 15th May 2025

The last available day for either party to book is 3rd September 2025. The voucher is not transferable for any other activities, dates or children

To qualify, both parties must book at least one day of holiday club in the summer holidays 2025

You must let us know your friend has booked and we’ll send each party a voucher code to book their free day in the summer holidays 2025

Available for Summer Holiday Club 2025, short day or long day sessions, Adventure Holiday Club not included

The free day will be of the same value or less than the paid for day, i.e. if you pay for a long day, you can have a free long or short day, if you pay for a short day, you can have a free short day.

You and your referral friend do not need to book the same day or dates in the Summer Holiday Club 2025
