When did you start working at Kudize?

I started working for Kudize since it opened in 2016.

What qualification are you most proud of and why?

All my SEN training, as I love helping and supporting children who need it the most.

What’s your favourite thing about working in and around Hassocks?

Being part of the community.

What’s your favourite thing about working with Kudize kids?

Having fun, providing fun and supportive care for every child and to see them flourish.

Do you have a secret talent? Or can you tell us something about yourself that most people would not know?

I do enjoy making quilts when I have time.

What’s your super power when at work?

Supporting children and the team, and implementing routines!

What’s your favourite time of year – and why?

Spring/ Summer, as there is plenty of vitamin D!!!

The Wizard of Oz

What did you want to be when you grew up?

A Teacher; and I used to practise my marking skills on my older brother’s homework (without him knowing).
