When did you start working at Kudize?

August 2023.

What qualification are you most proud of and why?

My B in maths GCSE – I didn’t like maths but my teacher saw some potential and, amazingly, coached me through it!

What’s your favourite thing about working in and around Hassocks?

I love the amount of live music there is everywhere. Plus the lovely cafés and scenery.

What’s your favourite thing about working with Kudize kids?

I’m the only Kate Nilski in the world!

Do you have a secret talent? Or can you tell us something about yourself that most people would not know?

I’m the only Kate Nilski in the world!

What’s your super power when at work?

I’m excellent at multitasking and can spot a spelling mistake at twenty places.

What’s your favourite time of year – and why?

That’s easy: Autumn. I love the colours outside, then putting up fairy lights indoors and getting wrapped up all cosy.

Your favourite kids’ book?

Loads! But recently I loved No Ballet Shoes in Syria by Catherine Bruton.
